Serenity is now able to offer full out patient counselling in the Auckland area. We see this as an important part of our services as some of our clients may not need in care treatment.
 
We also see this as important as some of our clients will need one on one couselling prior to coming into treatment.
 
Some clients may be able to address their personal problems within the community never needing residential treatment. So in keeping with our over all philosophy we are committed to providing treatment plans that are individualised and with the single goal of providing what it is that each client needs to recover fully from their current situation.

When you leave Serenity our Out Patient program is designed to ensure you stay in recovery. We will call you daily at first, schedule counselling with one of our staff via video conferencing and also arrange for face to face therapy. We believe that in the first year of recovery we have an obligation to stay with you every step of the way, we do not think that some other organization should be responsible for your continuing recovery, hence our guarantee that if you relapse then at no cost to you we will re-admit you.

We are committed to your recovery and believe that by treating you with the utmost of care and with continued after care then we will help you obtain a life free of turmoil and full of peace happiness and serenity. If you came into our care as a result of a professional referral we will work with that person to ensure your continued recovery. If you have been having therapy with someone you like and trust then it makes perfect sense to us for that relationship to continue on.
