If you should relapse during the first 12 months of your recovery and you have followed the suggested path then at NO COST to you or your family we will re-admit you.

Your privacy will always be strictly guarded to ensure that you are protected from the press and from those you have not given us permission to share your situation with. In keeping with our pledge to protect your privacy as part of our plan we will suggest that while in treatment you do not use your real name or disclose from where you are from. Our Admissions department will explain to you at length why we do this and what the benefits are to you. All files relating to your treatment apart from your admission file will be under the name you choose to use while at Serenity. The admission file, and any record of your stay at Serenity will be kept secure and strictly confidential at all times.

You will receive a level of treatment by our staff that ensures you are kept safe and not exposed in any way to further personal trauma. This applies to all clients who are in our care. Furthermore we pledge that we will do the very best we can to ensure you will not be able to inflict any harm upon yourself or those who share our pristine and state of the art facilities with.

We pledge to only recruit staff members who have shown excellence in their chosen fields, people whose first love is the desire to help those who need it most. We will look the world over so that you receive a level of treatment that gives you a firm footing on the road to recovery.
