If you came into our care as a result of a professional referral we will work with that person to ensure your continued recovery. Or if you have been having therapy with someone you like and trust from Serenity then it makes perfect sense to us for that relationship to continue on. Our aftercare program is individually tailored to meet the needs and resources of each client. During your stay at Serenity we will be discussing your individual needs and putting together a plan that works for you. |
