Final Journey

A very interesting weekend !! All new adventures and experiences and it was awesome!!
I learnt a good lesson today about boundaries and the limits that I could tolerate when feeling hurt and angry.  It s alright to actually say “enough “.
I am learning so many new skills here and it is only going to benefit me on my departure on Friday.

Bright Eyes – Saturday  - Another Day in Paradise

Dragged myself out of bed to go on an exciting !!!!!!!!!!! (terrifying ) day in a big canyon with a HUGE waterfall that we were expected to climb down and then abseil repel down the  100ft waterfall!!!

I was really looking forward  to this adventure but as the journey progressed through ravines, virgin woods, cut in steps and slippery rocks, I was beginning to question my sanity  on embarking on this. I had been told ahead of time that we were going to go down a 300ft waterfall by a very nice lady  (no longer my best friend)  whom shares  the same house.  !  A swift swipe ahead confirmed that it was only 100ft!!!

Human

5 days and new skills permitted one to stay calm during the day and not blow the stack.

Usual Monday, a bit quiet but busy.  Muscles are sore from the yoga and the tai – chi.
Had a talk with a couple of the councillors and made some good decisions for our xmas hols.

Well, I have been here at Serenity for almost 3 weeks now. I have not written any blogs until now, because I have been concentrating on getting myself well.
When I first arrived, I was ready to leave.
