Serenity is a unique intensive therapeutic retreat that specializes in the treatment of alcohol and drug dependency, depressive disorders and general stress.
The foundation of the Serenity model is a holistic one. Our tailored program combining Eastern and Western treatment philosophies includes psychotherapy, meditation, bodywork and body therapies, mindfulness, sound nutrition, as well as the most up to date medical treatments used to treat addiction.
Unlike confrontational approaches the Serenity model focuses on building an individual’s capacity for change, rather than challenging skills defects or deficits. Our treatment model is matched to the client’s own needs with an approach which is personally meaningful. To further ensure you get the best treatment numbers are limited to a maximum of 5 persons at a time.
